Muskegon Chronicle: Public employees also feeling pain of uncertainty in depressed economy
“I suspect that our staff is no different than anybody else,” said Colin Armstrong, superintendent of Muskegon Public Schools. “They believe they are worth more next year than this year, and that they need more next year than this year because costs aren’t going down.”
