Durand Area Schools employees file unfair labor claim

"Durand Public Schools' decision to lay off 23 cooks and custodians to save the district money has been challenged by the Durand Educational Support Personnel Association and Michigan Education Association, which have filed an unfair labor practice charge against the Board for engaging in bad faith bargaining," according to the Owosso Argus.
