Tim Skubick Calls for Reverse Recall

Tim Skubick now has a regular blog which appears in the Oakland Press. His blog of October 27 calls for a "reverse recall" effort to punish those legislators who refuse to even talk about or consider the issue of taxes to enhance state coffers as the State reduces programs and services by hundreds of millions of dollars.
